Billing and Plans
How DeedPulse pricing works and how to manage your subscription.
Plans, current usage, and invoices all live under Settings → Billing.
How plans are structured
Each DeedPulse plan packages two limits:
- A territory cap (how many territories you can run at once).
- A matched events per month allowance (the volume of qualifying deed events that flow into outreach).
Outreach send volume itself (calls, SMS, postcards) is metered separately at cost — DeedPulse does not mark up underlying carrier or print costs.

Changing plans
- Upgrade any time. New limits apply immediately, and you're prorated for the remainder of the cycle.
- Downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's caps, the new plan can't be selected until usage drops.
Invoices and receipts
PDF invoices are emailed on every billing cycle and accessible from Settings → Billing → History. Custom billing fields (PO numbers, alternate billing address) can be edited at any time.
Paying
DeedPulse supports credit card and ACH on annual plans. For enterprise and multi-workspace setups, contact us to set up consolidated invoicing.
Cancelling
You can cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle — no proration. Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.
