Quick Start

From sign-up to your first outreach in under 15 minutes.

This walkthrough takes you from a brand-new DeedPulse account to your first AI-personalized outreach, live against real deed data.

1. Create your account

Sign up at deedpulse.io and verify your email. Your first account starts on the Starter plan with one territory and a trial run of outreach credits.

2. Create your first territory

Open Territories → New territory and choose a county we currently cover. Start small — a single ZIP code or municipality will produce plenty of weekly volume while you dial in your outreach.

3. Pick the event types you care about

By default, DeedPulse watches for Transfer of ownership — the classic move event. You can also enable:

  • New construction — first-time closings on newly built homes
  • Refinance — homeowner kept the property but refinanced
  • Distress / foreclosure — homes changing hands under duress

4. Build your first outreach campaign

Go to Outreach → New campaign. Pick:

  • A trigger (e.g. "new transfer in Territory A, single-family home, over $350K sale price")
  • A channel (call script, SMS, or postcard)
  • A template — or let the AI write one from a short brief

5. Review, approve, go live

Before sending, DeedPulse shows you a preview against the last 14 days of matching moves. Once you approve, new matches enter the campaign automatically and you'll see them populate in Pipeline as they hit.
