Territory Rules
Filter what flows into each territory so campaigns only see the events that matter.
Territory-level rules act as a first-pass filter on every deed event before it reaches your campaigns. Use them to keep your pipeline focused.
Available rules
- Event type — Transfer, New Construction, Refinance, Foreclosure. See Event types.
- Property type — Single-family, Townhome, Condo, Multi-family, Land-only, Commercial.
- Minimum / maximum sale price — filter out outliers at either end.
- Minimum year built — skip teardowns or pre-war homes if those don't fit your ICP.
- Exclude owner patterns — skip LLCs, trusts, or investor entities by name pattern.
Rule evaluation
Rules are combined with AND. An event needs to pass every territory rule before it becomes visible to campaigns in that territory.
Rules vs. campaign triggers
- Use territory rules for filters that apply to every campaign in a territory (e.g. "no land-only parcels, ever").
- Use campaign triggers for filters specific to one playbook (e.g. "only transfers above $500K for the premium security package campaign").
Changing rules later
Changing territory rules does not retroactively remove events from history — it just affects what new events flow in. To re-evaluate historical events under new rules, use Re-scan last 30 days from the territory detail page.
