DeedPulse is expanding one county at a time to guarantee accurate, low-latency coverage for every territory we support.
Live today
- Wake County, NC — full live coverage. Target latency: 4–8 hours from recording to event.
The Triangle region (Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill) is our pilot market, and the bulk of early DeedPulse customers run here.
In rollout
We open counties in order of customer demand and data feasibility. The current rollout list (subject to change):
- Durham County, NC
- Mecklenburg County, NC (Charlotte metro)
- Orange County, NC
- Johnston County, NC
Contact us through the contact page to vote on your county — customer demand directly reorders the rollout list.
Requesting a county
If you need a county we don't cover yet, get in touch. Tell us:
- The county and state
- Approximate transfer volume per month (if you know it)
- Whether the county register of deeds publishes a public index and how far back
Some counties publish via paid third-party gateways or behind strict rate limits. We still bring most of them online — it just takes longer.

Every supported county comes with a documented coverage SLA covering latency and completeness. These are published on each territory's detail page inside the app.
