Coverage Limits
How territory counts and event volume work across DeedPulse plans.
Every DeedPulse plan has two coverage dimensions: how many territories you can run, and how many events per month flow through to outreach.
The two limits
- Territories — how many named territories you can have configured at once. Active and paused territories both count.
- Matched events per month — the number of deed events that match your territory rules and enter outreach eligibility. Events that don't match rules are free.
Both limits reset on your billing anniversary. Current usage is on the billing page.
When you hit a limit
- Territory limit reached. New territory creation is blocked until you remove one or upgrade. Existing territories keep running normally.
- Matched event limit reached. New matched events are still ingested and visible, but outreach is paused on them until the next billing cycle — or until you upgrade. Events already in-flight continue to completion.
DeedPulse will never charge overage without notice. You'll be warned at 80% and 100% of your plan limits.
Choosing a plan
Most single-branch operators find one county and 1–3 territories is enough to sustain a month of outreach. Multi-branch or multi-market operators typically run one territory per branch.
