Exporting to your CRM
Sync DeedPulse opportunities into HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM via export.
DeedPulse is opinionated about prospecting and intentionally light on long-tail CRM features. Once an opportunity moves past the early outreach stages, you'll usually want it in your CRM of record.
Per-opportunity push
From any opportunity detail page, click Push to CRM to send a single record. Field mapping is configurable per integration.
Bulk export
From any pipeline view (filtered or unfiltered), Export → CSV produces a download with every visible opportunity, every outreach touch, and every note. CSVs are ideal for quick imports into legacy CRMs without a direct integration.
Live integrations
DeedPulse supports direct sync with:
- HubSpot — opportunities become Deals; outreach touches become Engagements.
- Salesforce — opportunities become Leads (or Opportunities, configurable); outreach touches become Tasks.
Sync is one-way (DeedPulse → CRM) by default. Two-way sync is configurable per field on request.
Webhooks
For bespoke workflows, every stage change and outreach event can fire a webhook. Webhook configuration lives in Settings → Integrations. Payloads are JSON and signed.
What stays in DeedPulse
The pipeline UI, AI personalization, and outreach templates are DeedPulse-native and not pushed to your CRM — only the structured opportunity record and the activity log are synced.
