Signing Up
Create your DeedPulse account and verify your workspace.
You can sign up for DeedPulse at deedpulse.io. Choose a plan or start on the free trial — both flows go through the same setup.
What happens at sign-up
- Create the account. Email + password, or sign in with Google.
- Verify your email. A magic link confirms your address. The link expires after one hour — request another from the sign-in screen if you miss it.
- Name your workspace. Workspaces are how DeedPulse handles teams (see Team members and roles). Use a name your team will recognize, not your personal name.
- Pick your first county. You'll be prompted to start a territory — feel free to skip this and come back to it later.
Personal vs. team workspaces
- Personal workspace — for solo operators. Just you, no roles, no invites.
- Team workspace — invite members, assign roles, share territories and pipeline. Recommended once you have more than one person on the account.
You can convert a personal workspace into a team workspace at any time from Settings → Workspace.
Forgot your password
Use the Forgot password link on sign-in. Resets are sent to your verified email and expire after one hour.
Sign-in security
DeedPulse supports MFA (TOTP) on every account. Enable from Settings → Security. We strongly recommend MFA for any account with billing access.
